Who you'll work with

You'll work day-to-day with the Head of Creative and the Creative Project Lead, partnering closely to bring new products and campaigns to life.

What you'll do

We're looking for a strong, ambitious Creative Designer with great taste, sharp brand thinking, and a real passion for modern food, sustainability, and design.

You'll understand how The Estate Dairy looks in the world, working hands-on across packaging, campaigns, retail, digital, and content. This is a hands-on creative role with brand ownership at its heart. You'll make the work yourself and, alongside the Head of Creative and founders, help guide where the brand goes visually as it grows.

The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We encourage the successful candidate to take ownership of the role, shape it, and bring plenty of creative input.

Who you are

It's a bonus if you have experience in food, drink, hospitality, or premium consumer brands; packaging design experience, including artworking for retail; or motion or video skills. Even if your experience doesn't perfectly match what we've described, if you believe you can add value to this role, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
