How we handle your information when you apply for a role with us.
The Estate Dairy ("we", "us") is the data controller for the information you provide when applying for a role. If you have any questions about this notice or how your data is handled, contact us at creative@theestatedairy.com.
Please don't include special category data (such as health information, religion, or ethnicity) in your CV or answers unless you feel it's relevant. We don't ask for it and don't need it to assess your application.
We use your information solely to assess your suitability for the role you've applied for, to communicate with you about your application, and to meet our legal obligations (for example, checking the right to work in the UK). Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in recruiting for our business (Article 6(1)(f)), and compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Your application is seen only by the people involved in hiring for the role (for example, the Head of Creative and the founders). Applications are delivered to us by email via FormSubmit, a form delivery service that processes the data on our behalf, and our website is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing.

We don't use automated decision-making or profiling in our recruitment. Every application is read by a person.
